What this is
The Sence Fan Index reads the official Facebook pages of all 138 FBS football programs across the 2025–26season, August 23, 2025 to January 19, 2026. 2,498,712 comments were classified by Sence for sentiment and for the tag groups Sence runs for sports customers, and the 18 published boards are those labels aggregated per fanbase and expressed per 1,000 comments, so a loud fanbase cannot top a board on volume alone. Every comment in the window is counted: nothing is sampled, polled, voted on, or extrapolated. The methodology has the volume floors, the per-1,000 convention, and the rules for which fanbases are rankable on which board.

The boards we do not rank
The combined harm and identity-based abuse rate above ranks openly. A single named axis of abuse does not. Each of the boards below reports a rate for every fanbase that clears the floor, and none of them carries an award, a podium card, or a sentence naming a leader. They are listed here in the classification taxonomy’s own order, which is not a ranking of anything. This page does not excerpt them, and we ask that reuse holds the same line.

Terms of reuse
- Credit every figure and every card to Sence Fan Index, by Sence.
- Link back to the page on this site the figure or card came from: the team page for a team’s own number, the board for a ranking. The link is the condition, not a courtesy.
- Keep the per 1,000 wording. These are rates, and a rate restated as a raw count of comments is a different and wrong claim.
- Do not turn a single axis of identity-based abuse into a ranking, a winner, or a comparison between fanbases.
- No bulk republication of the underlying aggregates. The full wording is in Using these numbers.
